We understand that you may have questions or concerns regarding credit card transactions, or the possibility of fraudulent purchases. In an effort to accommodate our customers, we kindly ask that you reach out to us prior to opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank. This allows us the flexibility to investigate the order and refund or replace your order in a timely manner. Once a chargeback is opened, we are unable to refund your order and the process to reconcile can take between 30 - 90 days depending on bank processing time.

If you have received a 'package delivered' notification but cannot find your package, we kindly ask that you reach out to our customer service team prior to opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank at [email protected]
