  • As a small business, we do not have the margins that bigger companies have in handling missing packages, that is why we offer shipping protection for a fee at checkout. 

    Adding Route's Package Protection to your order at the checkout means that your order is protected against loss, damage, or theft while in transit to you! If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or stolen, and you have added Route Protection to your order; we kindly ask that you proceed with filing a claim through Route for them to assist with a resolution! You can report an issue with Route through the mobile app (iOS or Android), through the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com. Their team is ready to assist you with any questions you may have!

  • The option to waive Route Package Protection is available prior to checkout. Once items are in your cart, there will be an estimated protection fee based on the value and volume of your order. If you forget to waive the option prior to checkout, kindly note there are additional locations to opt-out during the checkout process at the information, shipping, and payment sections!
