How long does it take to receive a refund?Updated 2 months ago

Our warehouse works very hard to receive and process returns in a timely manner. Our return and exchange process typically is 1-2 weeks after the item has been received back to our warehouse (delays may occur during peak times). Please note that the option for an instant exchange is available through our return portal! If the instant exchange option is selected, a temporary hold will be placed on the card until the item is confirmed back and processed through our warehouse.
