At Petite Plume, we do our very best to offer thoughtful promotions and seasonal savings for our customers. However, we do not offer price adjustments or retroactive refunds to purchases made outside the active promotional period.

All discounts and promotional offers are valid only during their active promotional period. If a discount code was active at the time of purchase but was not entered at checkout, we’re unable to apply it to an already(previously) placed order, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
