How do Instant Exchanges work?
Our Instant Exchange option allows you to receive your new exchange item right away—without waiting for the original to be processed by our warehouse first. When selecting this option through our return portal, a temporary hold will be placed on your original form of payment, and your exchange order will be shipped promptly. A pre-paid return label will also be provided for you to send back the original item(s).

Please note:

• Valid for only U.S. Domestic Orders
• If return shipping for the original item(s) is not initiated within 7 days of your Instant Exchange request, the temporary hold will automatically be processed as a charge for the new item.
• Similarly, if both the original and exchange items remain in your possession at the same time—without the original being shipped back—the temporary hold will also be processed as a charge.

This process ensures a seamless and efficient exchange experience while keeping your replacement on its way to you as quickly as possible.
