How does our loyalty program work?
Petite Plume Insider is a free loyalty and rewards program for account holders on petiteplume.com. As a member, you can earn points on every purchase to unlock exclusive tier perks and redeem for discounts towards future purchases. Learn more here.
Who can join our loyalty program?
All you need to do is create an account with us here. Please note, making a purchase doesn’t automatically enroll you in the Loyalty Program.
How do I redeem my loyalty points?
To redeem rewards, make sure you’re logged into your account. At checkout, you’ll see available points displayed under “Redeem your points for a discount". Simply choose the reward you wish to apply to your order and the chosen reward will be deducte

Is there a limit to how many rewards I can redeem on an order?
Yes. Petite Plume Loyalty members may redeem up to $20 in rewards per order, provided eligible rewards are available in their account. Please note that rewards cannot be combined with other rewards, discounts, promotional offers, or coupon codes on t
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire 1 year from date earned and cannot be reinstated once expired.
How are points calculated?
Rewards Points are only earned on the final product price paid and not earned on tax, duties or shipping. See our full Loyalty and Rewards Terms and Conditions here.
Can I use my points in addition to a discount code or offer?
Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with promotional codes or other discounts on the same purchase. However, you can use your loyalty rewards with a gift card.
Will my past purchases be applied to my points balance?
Once you sign up for the loyalty program, your points will start accumulating. Prior orders will not be applied to your points balance.
Is my tier status for life?
Tier status is based on your spend over a rolling 12 months. Once you reach a tier, you’ll enjoy its exclusive benefits for 12 months. To maintain your tier status, you’ll need to hit the tier’s minimum spend again within the following year.
